Vitali Kristali

1. The consumer (natural person) may exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment he has acquired possession of the goods, without stating the reason for the return.
2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform SIA "Vitāli Kristāli" (registration No. 40203132637) legal address: Lugažu Street 14A - 19, Riga, LV-1045, Latvia, e-mail: info@vitalikristali.lv) about the decision to cancel the purchase. In order for the right of withdrawal to not expire, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.
3. The right of withdrawal shall expire 14 calendar days after the consumer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer has taken possession of the goods. To avoid misunderstandings, when receiving the product, make sure that it fully corresponds to the ordered - manufacturer, model, color, size and other important parameters.
4. If you withdraw from the contract, our online store will refund all payments received from you under the specific distance contract, including the delivery costs paid by you, no later than 14 days from the day when SIA "Vitāli Kristāli" was informed about the decision to withdraw from contract. SIA "Vitāli Kristāli" may withhold the refund until it has received the goods sent / returned by the consumer.
5. In order to use the right of withdrawal, you can return the product together with the completed withdrawal form and the document confirming the purchase in the following ways: 1) by sending it by post or courier to the address: SIA "Vitāli Kristāli", registration no. 40203132637, legal address: Lugažu Street 14A - 19, Riga, LV-1045, Latvia; 2) by personally delivering it to our store "Vitali Kristāli" at 24 Aspazijas bulvāris, Riga. The consumer pays the direct cost of returning the goods.
6. When returning the product, you must provide appropriate transport packaging, i.e. the original packaging of the product must be packed in another packaging suitable for transport. To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend ensuring the product to be returned, otherwise you are responsible for damage to the product.
7. If you wish to use the right of withdrawal, remember that you are liable for the diminished value of the goods if the goods have been used for purposes other than determining the nature, characteristics and functioning of those goods. Therefore, please note that during the period of using the right of withdrawal, you have the right to use the product to the extent necessary to inspect the product (as much as it could be before purchasing the product in a regular store). By using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the use of the product beyond the intended purpose of the inspection of the product, for the use of the product during the period of using the right of withdrawal, which is incompatible with the principle of good faith, and for the value, quality and safety of the product.
8. We draw attention to the fact that upon establishing the loss of the value of the returned goods, SIA "Vitāli Kristāli" may apply to the court with a claim against the consumer for compensation for the losses caused as a result of the consumer's actions.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons. Don't forget to attach proof of purchase and a withdrawal form.
